So, I met Mike Timlin today lol Because he was constantly in my face the entire game. Renteria's homerun landed right in front of Jeff in the bullpen. It was awesome. The Red Sox have never lost a game that I have attended. :o) They have won 4 in a row since I got my Red Sox belly button ring lol so I think it's lucky. Today was an amazing game. WICKED hot out though.
Nice sweep boys let's keep it up :o)

So the Red Sox KILLED Tampa Bay. Wells did great today (thank god) and Bellhorn didn't strike out today! And PAPI... GRAND SLAM! Did I mention how much I love Nomo... cuz he's a great pitcher... lol Wow not to much to say other than Renteria is amazing in the field, and is starting to hit which is great. Manny needs to start hitting and Johnny was a disappointment because he has hit safe in the past 6 games. Other than that, a nice win. Now we gotta do it again tomorrow and ESPICALLY on Sunday because I will be there! Section 40, cheering my little heart out! :o)

So, I missed a good part of the game because I had to do a presentation in my advertising class but I will try my best to say what happened. Last text message I received from Dawn was that Boston was up 4-1 in the 4th. Apparently the ump SUCKED ASSHOLE tonight and couldn't tell a ball from a strike. Called Bronsons strike a ball which walked in a run. Then all hell broke loose. Next thing I know it is 5 - 5.
Tito was ejected.
Then, some fan either swiped at Sheffield or I dunon what happened but Tek's triple put us on top 8-5. Foulkie AGAIN made it interesting in the 9th by walking THREE and loading the bases. He made my heart skip a beat, but Tek made a great catch to end the game.
So, a win for the Red Sox. :o) YAY!
Bellhorn was 0-3 with 2K... lol That's ok though right Dawn?
That's it for me. Jeff made me some yummy soup cuz I was STARVING. :o) Did good on my presentation, will get me grade back on Thurs.Current Mood: satisfied Current Music: WB Mason Extra

Well, Schilling was nasty for the first five innings. I was so impressed. He was hitting his spots and striking out people. Two strike outs in his first inning back since surgery. I think he just ran out of gas by the 6th inning... but Francona just said that Schilling just "made some mistakes." I dunno.
Don't like losses!
Yankees 5 Red Sox 2
Where is MANNY? Where is his BAT? No home runs yet. :o( Disappointing.
And why did that shit head they have on second base drop the ball? WHERE WAS BALLHORN?
Overall, it was an OK game. Really exciting that Schilling returned. REALLY funny that Rivera got another standing ovation. REALLY REALLY funny commercial with Damon and Epstine!
What else? Nada. Bummed out. Just need to come back tomorrow.

Ok, what an AMAZING game! WOO! I swear I was glued to the TV. And how funny was the standing ovation that Rivera got from Red Sox Nation... LOL WAY too funny for me. 8 - 1 Red Sox... god I can't think of anything better than that. Opening day, killin the Yankees, seeing my boys get their rings. :o) I'm grinning from ear to ear!
So I have been told that my journal is now the "Red Sox update" so I will do my best to keep ya'll informed! lol
Fever Pitch was very good BTW... I was really impressed with it. I like the part when the lady yells out to Johnny Damon "You've got the hottest ass in baseball" That's right! LOL Sorry Dawn, Bellhorn is def up there in the ass department though! :o)
Thanks for takin me to the movie baby, I had a GREAT time! hehe
That's all. GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO RED SOX!

Alright, this is nuts. Why can't we win? At least the good thing about this game is that we got to the closer in the 9th to tie up the game. Rivera actually came through, which was nice. I'm not blaming this loss on anyone. Timlin missed his pitch, and there goes the game. I don't thimk that Bellhorn could have thrown Johnson out at first, even if he didn't bobble the ball a bit.
Now, on to the Yankees.... no more SHIT guys. LET'S GO!
At least the Yankees didn't win today. WOO! I do feel bad that guy got beamed in the head though...

So, the Red Sox won again tonight. Whew... that was a close one. Foulke made it pretty interesting there at the end... I just kepy praying and praying "please don't blow this, your better than that" and he got through it. Trot hit his first home run... YAY! What else... oh yeah... Bronson was HOT tonight! Only 2 runs in 6 innings... got out 13 in a row. That's my boy! I agree with Millar... he is definatly "under rated" He's one of my favs and I'm so proud of him. :o)
That's all from me.
Oh and one more thing. THE YANKEES LOST! They got their ass whooped by Balt. 12 - 5... how very sad.
